Landings Fort Lauderdale is a subdivision found west of the Intracoastal Waterway, often grouped alongside the community of Bay Colony.  Similar to Bay Colony, the Landings homes for sale tend to be scattered generously in terms of location but are generally closer to the waterfront.  Even so, Landings real estate has more of a variation in price so you’ll find a healthy selection of residences starting at a cool $1 million to $2 million.  Choosing Landings real estate gives you complimentary membership to the Landings Boat Club.
